These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and td99 ("td99", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the td99 online gambling platform available at https://td99.cam and any associated services, applications or content ("Service").

By accessing the td99 website, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the td99 Service.

These Terms apply to all users of td99, including players from Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access to the platform may be permitted. Pakistani users should note that online gambling is broadly restricted under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation. td99 does not claim to hold a licence issued by any Pakistani government body, the PTA or the State Bank of Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the td99 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, matched deposit or other incentive credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age and payment details.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any sports bet, casino game stake or other gaming activity placed through the td99 platform using real-money or bonus funds.
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a Player to transfer funds from their Account Balance to a verified external payment method.
• "Platform" means the td99 website, mobile interface and all associated services accessible at https://td99.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory where the use of the td99 Service is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of Pakistan.

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your applicable jurisdiction or the operator/licence jurisdiction, to register for and use the td99 Service. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. td99 reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You represent that you are not accessing the td99 Service from a Prohibited Jurisdiction and that your use of the Service is lawful under the laws of your country, territory or jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether online gambling is permitted in your location. td99 makes no representation that the Service is legal in any particular jurisdiction.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the td99 platform. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. td99 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and forfeit any funds or bonuses associated with them.

3.4 Prohibited Persons

You may not register or use td99 if you:

• Are under the applicable minimum age;
• Are a current or former employee, contractor or director of td99 or any affiliated entity;
• Have previously been self-excluded or had an Account terminated for a violation of these Terms;
• Are acting on behalf of another person or entity;
• Are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

4.1 Account Registration

To use the td99 Service, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and contact number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if it changes.

td99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

td99 may require you to complete identity verification procedures before permitting deposits, withdrawals or continued use of the Service. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence);
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of linked e-wallet or bank account);
• Source of funds documentation where required.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension, withdrawal restrictions or Account closure. Funds held in an unverified Account may be withheld pending verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify td99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. td99 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to keep credentials secure.

5.1 Permitted Use

The td99 Service is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may use the Service solely for your own personal, non-commercial gambling and gaming activities in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You must not, in connection with your use of the td99 Service:

• Use software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other automated means to access, scrape or interact with the Platform;
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage abuse or exploitation of technical errors;
• Use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud or other illegal financial activity;
• Engage in bonus abuse, including creating multiple Accounts to claim promotions more than once;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Introduce viruses, malware or other malicious code to the Platform;
• Make false, misleading or defamatory statements about td99 or its officers;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Service.

6.1 Funding Your Account

You may fund your td99 Account using payment methods available in the cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice. td99 displays payment method references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as familiar Pakistani payment context only. These providers do not endorse or support gambling activity. Users must verify which payment methods are currently available in the cashier before transacting.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance once confirmed by the relevant payment processor.
• td99 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may impose transaction charges. You are responsible for verifying any applicable fees with your provider.
• Funds deposited to your Account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

6.3 Currency

Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is available as an account currency, amounts will be displayed in PKR. Where your deposit is made in a different currency, conversion may apply at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• Your Account has been fully verified (KYC completed);
• All applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been fulfilled;
• No pending investigations, security reviews or compliance checks are active on your Account;
• The requested withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen method.

7.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, your verification status and the platform's internal compliance review process. td99 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing windows. E-wallet methods are generally processed faster than bank transfers, but no timeframe is guaranteed. Factors that may delay processing include incomplete KYC, suspicious activity flags and payment provider delays.

7.3 Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. td99 reserves the right to require proof of ownership of the withdrawal destination before releasing funds.

7.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed in the cashier. td99 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments at its discretion.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

td99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds (where applicable) and expiry date are specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed with bonus funds that do not meet the minimum qualifying odds may not count towards wagering requirements.

8.3 Bonus Eligibility and Abuse

Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. td99 reserves the right to:

• Exclude Players from specific promotions or all promotions at its discretion;
• Void bonuses and any associated winnings where bonus abuse, multiple account use or other prohibited conduct is detected;
• Amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice;
• Apply a maximum withdrawal cap to winnings generated from bonus funds where specified in the promotion terms.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the td99 platform are subject to td99's prevailing betting rules and the specific rules applicable to each sport, event and market. A bet is not confirmed until accepted by the system and a confirmation reference is issued. td99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion.

9.2 Odds and Prices

Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being published, td99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's Account Balance.

9.3 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect odds publication, market suspension prior to event start, or where td99 has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation. Voided bets are refunded as real-money stakes to the Account Balance.

9.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to change or suspension at any time during an event. Bets placed during connectivity interruptions on the Player's side are accepted at the Player's own risk. td99 is not responsible for bets that were not confirmed due to technical issues on the Player's network.

9.5 Results and Settlement

Bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or event. In cases of dispute regarding results, td99's decision — made with reference to official sources — is final and binding.

td99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player wellbeing. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and must not be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

10.1 Player Protection Tools

td99 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Limit the amount you can lose over a defined period. Limits take effect immediately upon reduction and may be increased only after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of a single gambling session. Reality-check notifications are available to remind you of time spent playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Reactivation is subject to a mandatory waiting period and review.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined period without full self-exclusion.

All content available on the td99 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, data and databases ("Content"), is the exclusive property of td99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any Content;
• Create derivative works based on Content;
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website or application;
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices on Content.

Any unauthorised use of td99's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12.1 Platform Availability

td99 makes no warranty that the Service will be available continuously, error-free or uninterrupted. The platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages or technical failures. td99 accepts no liability for losses arising from Service unavailability.

12.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. td99 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by Players using the Service. You acknowledge that gambling may result in the loss of all funds deposited.

12.3 Third-Party Services

td99 relies on third-party payment processors, game providers and technology partners. td99 accepts no liability for failures, delays or errors attributable to third-party service providers.

12.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td99's aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.1 Termination by td99

td99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal conduct;
• Failure to pass KYC verification;
• Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• Account inactivity in excess of the period specified in our inactivity policy.

13.2 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting td99 customer support. Before closing your Account, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course and any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to KYC verification and any applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, you will lose access to the Service and any bonus funds in your Account will be forfeited. Real-money Balance will be returned as set out above, subject to any outstanding investigations or compliance holds.

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which td99 is registered and/or holds its operating licence. The specific governing jurisdiction will be specified in the licence documentation made available to Players.

14.2 Disputes

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service, you should first contact td99 customer support to seek resolution through the platform's internal complaints process. td99 aims to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable period.

14.3 Pakistani Users

Pakistani users should note that the governing law of these Terms may differ from Pakistani law. td99 does not claim to be subject to Pakistani jurisdiction or to hold any licence issued by Pakistani authorities. This does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.

td99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, td99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Account holders via the email address registered to the Account or by a notice displayed upon login.

Your continued use of the td99 Service following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request Account closure.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always available on this page at https://td99.cam/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
